If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@rmptfitness.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it is faulty.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 working days and will be credited to your original payment method.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
