Rek has always been passionate about sports and fitness. With 25 years of experience in various types of training, including weight training, endurance training, functional training, and more, his dedication shines through. While Rek is a fan of most sports, his true passion and focus have always been martial arts. He began training in his late 20s, competing in MMA with an amateur record of 2-0, and has participated in multiple Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu competitions. Along the way, he has gained valuable knowledge and continues to learn to this day.
With his vast experience and love for fitness, Rek pays great attention to detail when delivering sessions, whether they are focused on health and fitness or performance training for a specific sport. Health and fitness are incredibly important to him, and he finds great satisfaction in teaching and witnessing his clients' progression. Having worked with a variety of clients from professional athletes and youth performance fitness clients from various sporting backgrounds, including football academies, to members of the general public whether it's addressing health conditions, improving mental well-being, or training for a specific sport, Rek tailors each session plan to meet individual needs and goals
