Rach

Rach is a mother of three who has always had a passion for fitness. After devoting years to raising her children, she decided to pursue her own career in the fitness industry. She completed a level 2 fitness trainer course and started teaching classes as a self-employed instructor. As her career progressed, she took on the challenge of completing a level 3 personal trainer course. However, just as she was building up her clientele, the COVID-19 pandemic hit.

Despite the challenges, Rach was determined to use the lockdown period to her advantage. She decided to set up her own gym, which she promoted on social media, generating significant interest for when national restrictions were lifted. In the meantime, she continued to train clients in local parks, taking advantage of the opportunity to offer personalised outdoor workouts.

As the final lockdowns were lifted, Rach's business and brand continued to thrive. She now has two private gym areas and a fitness studio, where she offers 1 to 1 personal training, semi private group training, fitness courses and boxercise. Rach's journey has not been without its obstacles, but she has consistently turned challenges into opportunities. Her dedication to fitness and entrepreneurship is an inspiration to anyone looking to follow their dreams.

Rek

Rek has always been passionate about sports and fitness. With 25 years of experience in various types of training, including weight training, endurance training, functional training, and more, his dedication shines through. While Rek is a fan of most sports, his true passion and focus have always been martial arts. He began training in his late 20s, competing in MMA with an amateur record of 2-0, and has participated in multiple Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu competitions. Along the way, he has gained valuable knowledge and continues to learn to this day.

With his vast experience and love for fitness, Rek pays great attention to detail when delivering sessions, whether they are focused on health and fitness or performance training for a specific sport. Health and fitness are incredibly important to him, and he finds great satisfaction in teaching and witnessing his clients' progression. Having worked with a variety of clients, from professional athletes to the general public—whether it’s addressing health conditions, improving mental well-being, or training for a particular sport—Rek tailors each session plan to meet individual needs and goals.
